Refund policy

Every KnottyBot piece is made with so much love, and I hope it brings you pure joy the moment it arrives. Since each item is handmade and created in limited quantities, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your piece arrives damaged.

I take great care in quality checking every order before it’s shipped, but if something goes wrong in transit, here’s how we’ll handle it together:

  • If your item is damaged upon arrival, please record a clear unboxing video from the very start, showing the sealed packaging being opened.

  • Email the video and details to me within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If the damage is confirmed, I’ll process a full refund within 24 hours.

 

Please note: Refunds can only be issued if an unboxing video is provided from the beginning. This helps me understand what went wrong and prevents misuse, so I can continue offering my best to everyone who supports this little handmade dream<3


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
